With year-round babbling brooks, fields, forest, and seasonal gardens, this magical 1850’s farm provides the perfect backdrop for all Marriage Quest retreats. Couples stay at a local bed and breakfast, at an old inn, or in a modern hotel. Consider an extra day to relax, hike, ski, go kayaking or antiquing, tour the Cabot Creamery, or just shop for local maple syrup and other Vermont specialties.

From Boston

1. Take I-93 or I-89 to I-91 North Then…

From South

1. At I-91 Exit 21(St. Johnsbury), go West onto US-2 (toward Montpelier) go 10.9 mi
2. Go approximately 1.5 miles past the intersection of Rt 15 (in W. Danville) to West Shore Rd.
3. Turn RIGHT onto West Shore Rd go 1.8 mi
4. Turn RIGHT onto Deeper Ruts Rd go 0.3 mi to end of road
5. After the farm house, turn RIGHT into the parking area.

From Burlington International Airport (62.4 mi to Retreat Center)

1. Depart Burlington International Airport
2. Turn LEFT (South) onto Airport Dr, go 0.4 mi
3. Turn LEFT (South-East) onto US-2 [Williston Rd], go about 1 mile
4. Be sure to bear RIGHT to stay on US-2
5. Go about 1 mile and turn RIGHT onto US-2A, go about 1.5 mi to I-89 South
6. Turn LEFT onto I-89 South
7. At I-89 Exit 8, (Montpelier) go onto US-2 East
8. Be sure to stay on US-2 for about 25 miles, through Montpelier, Plainfield, and Marshfield
9. Stay on US-2 past the Route 215 “Cabot” sign in Marshfield
10. Go about 7.5 mi to West Shore Rd
11. Turn LEFT onto West Shore Rd, go 1.8 mi
12. Turn RIGHT onto Deeper Ruts Rd, go 0.3 mi to end of road
13. After the farm house, turn RIGHT into the parking area.

From Stowe through Hardwick — Rt. 15 (approximately 30 miles)

1. Take Rt. 100 to Morrisville and Morristown. Go through the town to Rt. 15.
2. Stay on Rt. 15 through Wolcott (past Bucks Furniture). Continue through Hardwick, then bear left in Hardwick. Stay on Rt. 15 from Hardwick, for approximately 8 miles.
3. Pass Rt. 16 on the left.
4. Pass first turn to Cabot (towards Cabot Creamery).
5. Turn RIGHT onto Rt. 215 toward Cabot (Fire Station and a log yard are on the corner)
6. Make an immediate LEFT onto Bricketts Crossing Rd. (100 yards).
7. Go 2 miles, to the end.
8. Bricketts Crossing dead ends on an up hill slant. Be cautious.
9. Go LEFT at the intersection onto West Shore Rd.
10. Go 100 yds and turn LEFT onto Deeper Ruts Rd go 0.3 mi to end of road.
11. Wrap around farm house, and park there.
